These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Amar Beirut (“we”, “our”, “us”) through our website and/or physical store. By purchasing from Amar Beirut, you agree to the following terms.

1.2 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
1.3 By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
2. Products
2.1 We specialize in abayas, hijabs, and modest fashion items.
2.2 Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we strive to ensure accuracy in colors and details, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or production differences.
2.3 All products are subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Payment

3.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the available payment methods.
4. Order Confirmation
4.1 Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message/email.
4.2 Amar Beirut reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location.
5.2 Amar Beirut is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
5.3 Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
6. Returns & Exchanges
6.1 Defective Products (Returns)
We accept returns only if the product is defective.
The defect must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
After inspection and confirmation of the defect, we will offer either:
A replacement (subject to availability), or
A refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
6.2 Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery or purchase.
Conditions:
Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed.
All original tags must remain attached.
Item must be in original packaging.
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
Shipping costs for exchanges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
No exchanges will be accepted after the 3-day period.
6.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:
Hijabs (for hygiene reasons)
Discounted or sale items
Customized or altered products
7. Refunds
7.1 Refunds are only issued for confirmed defective products.
7.2 Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
7.3 Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
8. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with each garment. Amar Beirut is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, ironing, or handling.
9. Liability
9.1 Amar Beirut shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
9.2 Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be resolved under Lebanese jurisdiction.
